Low achievement, punitive incentive compensation model, and is going all in on trying to make enterprise "work". Leadership is disconnected from what the customers care about and how they buy. This was a good place to work while inbound was plenty but things turned poorly when they over expanded rep headcount while demand was plummeting after marketing spend...Read More

Terrible changes to the comp plan in 2024. used to get 100% of your commission up front. now you get 75%. new pricing model, optimizing towards reducing churn, and outbound is nonexistent here -- both by AEs and SDRs
