Middle management is incredible but the new executives they are hiring are running the sales department into the ground. The culture of Boomi was incredible 2-3 months ago but has completely changed by bringing in outside executives.

Boomi is the best at onboarding staff and setting people up for success. There is misalignment between OTE and reality for year 1. Great company but needs to work on its incentive structure.

Just looking to get acquired and removing any talent that makes a decent salary to back fill with younger reps with lower salary demands. Complete downfall once Dell sold us off to VC. Now it’s all Mulesoft leadership adding no culture/value
