It extremely hard to hit quota, especially in the commercial market, where less than 5% of reps are hitting annual numbers. Frequent layoffs all over the organization as well.

Francisco Partners and the board have failed to approve an achievable AOP in 18 months. 5 CMO's and 5 CFO's in 5 years. No leads, marketing is a disaster, and too many reps.
