Former Employee A major caveat to my feedback is I worked there during the pandemic nightmare that was 2020 to 2021. That said, VIRTUALLY NOTHING about my job ended up being what I thought I was signing up for. Endured the following:
1) 2nd day at the company, NYC issued its shelter-in-place order and my onboarding, training, and daily life became 100% virtual and ZOOM meeting + SLACK messages.
2) My hiring mgr and the North American Sales VP left the company 6 months after I started and was absent before that on paternity leave quite a bit. Needless to say, working under him was a major motivator for me to take the role.
3) Quotas were issued w/o any adjustment for the global pandemic and based on prior year board planning.
4) Despite all the internal proclamations about the value and importance of mental health and well-being given the intense stress and anxiety caused by the pandemic, I was scolded by the CEO for requesting a single mental health day (still have the email)
5) The end of my tenure was maximum stress and anxiety as the revenue team reported directly to the CEO resulting in a toxic sales culture Browse Other Reviews
