I was hired on the pretenses of rapid business growth but that ended up not being the case at all. It's a sinking ship being held up by sticks and transparency has not been the best. Most middle management are newer than the tenured reps which can be great in the long-run but is a contribution to things looking unstable right now. Ask questions to whoever is interviewing you and pay attention to their response. Inbound volume has shriveled up so if you're looking to join this org, emphasizing self-books which is a goal that many do not hit. Great product but oversaturated market.

This was my first tech sales role in SaaS. The company was amazing for the first year with tons of culture and development. After a year and a half, everything turned upside down. Incredibly weak corporate leadership in all segments and finance and ELT love moving comp plans for anyone close to over achieving goals, even late in Q4 to prevent paying overages and multipliers. Run from this company or any of its business units. Random layoffs that make no sense. Revolving door of CEOs.
