Former Employee Great company when it was former Falcon.
When the Merger happened with Brandwatch the culture changed, leadership failed and the overall experience working there became so depressing. The only focus is now on profits and not about the people working there that made the company great. It's a shame seeing a once a great company failing in so many areas over the past year.
