With the new leadership and the merging of various business units, it was hard for management to figure out the best approach and team structure. This affected the sales team globally, adding conflicts between teams. Resources are poor which makes it hard to grow the market and have a constant healthy pipeline

Owned by private equity now. used to be able to crush your number and get paid, but they recently have been trying to illegally withhold commission from high performing reps, and move the goal post and add quota retroactively so they dont have to pay them as much.
