I'm on the Client Sales team and absolutely love it. The leadership in this org is fantastic - our managers and director are really invested in our success, growth, and skills development. A very fast paced environment, I've learned and accomplished a ton in 1.5 years. Quota has historically been attainable, although we have frequent changes made to our comp structure so there's no guarantee that it will continue to be attainable.

Brex is a great place for outlier employees to get outlier careers. Promotions and upward mobility are gated by your ability to hit targets, but if you're excelling, they will propel you forward.
