Overall my experience at Brex has been very positive! I love working for a company with an innovative product that is always improving. As an smb/mid market sales rep, I feel there are opportunities to grow upmarket or move into management. This is not a sales driven organization. This is an engineering company. AEs are constantly set up for failure due to constant strategy shifts, as well as ever changing comp plans and quotas that have no data to support them. Additionally, Brex lacks basic productivity sales tools which contributes to messy workflows and a huge administrative burden for ICs.
