This is not a sales driven organization. This is an engineering company. AEs are constantly set up for failure due to constant strategy shifts, as well as ever changing comp plans and quotas that have no data to support them. Additionally, Brex lacks basic productivity sales tools which contributes to messy workflows and a huge administrative burden for ICs.

Huge fan of the company. I had an incredible experience working there. Very high performance culture, so not for everyone, but if that's what you're looking for it's great.

My overall experience so far has been great in terms of getting support to ramp up, team mates helping me with little things or big things really. The management is solid but like most companies each department and person within has their own goals and objectives they need to hit so It can sometimes be tricky to come to a conclusion of targets and KPIs to hit.
