My experience at Brex has been absolutely phenomenal. The company is revolutionizing an industry, and the people here are incredibly helpful. There are clear and multiple pathways to promotion and the experience has far exceeded my expectations.

My overall experience so far has been great in terms of getting support to ramp up, team mates helping me with little things or big things really. The management is solid but like most companies each department and person within has their own goals and objectives they need to hit so It can sometimes be tricky to come to a conclusion of targets and KPIs to hit.

Highly recommend Brex. It's a fast-growing and changing company so you have to be able to think on your feet and be resourceful, but if you like to be challenged and work with lots of smart people on large deals, then you'll be happy here.
