Brex has done a complete 180 from where we were in 2023. GTM went from 10% hitting quote to 50%+ in each segment. We are picking up steam in the Enterprise and extremely competitive in MM/SMB. People are making money here again.

The idea is that they are hiring way faster than the pipeline can keep up, but they don't really take that into consideration right now. my experience at Brex has been 8/10 as I'm nearing my 1 year mark. I joined the SDR org and it's been solid for me thus far from leadership, although I wasn't always happy with the decisions they make from a GTM standpoint, my relationship with the AEs, and the quota. Upward mobility is there as they have a more clearer path to AE,SDR management, CSM etc.

Overall great place to work! Not an easy job but product and people are great! Could have way more transparent leadership and better compensation given difficulty of managing multiple funnels at once. Company does quickly promote if you’re really good, however after a few levels there is not tons of upside.
