Current Employee Company is great if you come from a Greek Life background. Very unserious culture in a good way, but qualified leads get you promoted which brings in company politics. Only top performers get inbound leads, and if any of your leads come inbound they get gifted to the top performers. Compensation structure pushes you to work OT rather than actually hit numbers. If you WANT to get promoted here you WILL, which is great—but the highest skilled workers at this company often leave as SDRs and bring their opportunities elsewhere. All that being said, the product is expensive but bulletproof and it beats its competitors by a mile when it comes to use case. However, being a successful SDR here comes down to *intentionally* cheating the system and by giving the company business you shouldn’t be. New methods & creativity frowned upon, very “sweatshop” based culture
