There is little to no personal/professional development here. It’s head down grind to hit your numbers and management turns their heads when people cheat to do so. Most of the SDRs and AEs are incredible and respectable, but leadership only cares about numbers and will push unethical tactics on you to hit them. Pay is good if you are hitting your numbers.

Very little development, if any. Doesn’t seem to care about their employees or their employees time. We are incentivized to hit quota through unethical practices. Leadership is very under qualified and too many politics for a SaaS company.

Great starter company to learn the ropes of sales. For a person right out of college its great. Be prepared to work 55-60 hours every week.
