Terrible. Good pay and good people. Zero thought leadership. Senior leadership doesn’t do anything. Company needs a serious restructure here. Good tech stack with lack of utilization to its highest level. Terrible product for the market. Zero scalability. Smile and dial. Zero work like balance. Company wouldn’t have an SDR org if not for offering overtime. All you will do here is build contact lists and cold call people who mostly don’t want to talk to you. SDRs log trash opps to send to AEs furthering the disconnect between lead generation and closing teams. Have seen senior leadership swear at people on calls and threaten to fire people. Very unprofessional.

The hired me for an outside senior sales executive role and gave me absolutely NO training besides watching demos and telling me to recreate them and follow a script word for word….
