Current Employee Awful culture of micromanagement. CEO reviews reps business case materials TWO TIMES a week and nitpicks about certain sentences or paragraphs. Managers can’t manage cause they’re getting demanded to make us do trivial things from upper management. A shame cause the product is awesome and I think this company would be great if they knew how to structure a sales culture but woof it is BAD. Browse Other Reviews
