I work on the Education side, upselling brightwheel’s Experience Curriculum to existing customers. This makes cold calling very easy. The way comp is dispersed is confusing but fair, base salary is low, but most people are hitting OTE.

Still new to the company but they have an excellent training regiment with the enablement team. The training is comprehensive and helps for all sales experience levels. Some other hires didn't have closing experience, and some did. The training has helped me get familiar with the company, product, market and industry. Every month the goals could be wildly different from other months. You never know. Right now, it's reasonable but several months ago it was not. Who knows what the future will hold.
