Still new to the company but they have an excellent training regiment with the enablement team. The training is comprehensive and helps for all sales experience levels. Some other hires didn't have closing experience, and some did. The training has helped me get familiar with the company, product, market and industry. Base pay of $45k for a AE is low and that is firm (recruiter said they wouldn't budge) but earning potential for top reps does look accurate to be around $99k for OTC.

There's been a massive culture shift this year and not for the better. I believe there's an effort to decrease employee satisfaction to increase attrition to avoid layoffs
