Brightwheel overall has been a great company but their sales organization has seen better days. They have gone through several VPs over the coming years because the CEO is difficult to work with so they end up leaving after a few months. Excellent product that is truly best in market so it often sells itself. Have gone through recent comp changes and changes to our time off policies that have made it very difficult to out earn your quota and take time off.
