Brightwheel is a strong place to grow as an Account Executive. The product actually solves real problems for childcare centers, so conversations feel meaningful. Leadership sets clear expectations, and the culture rewards consistency and curiosity. It’s fast-paced, metrics-driven, and pushes you to sharpen your sales process. Great environment for developing real SaaS sales skills.

Leadership is frankly clueless. They change comp structure on a whim, seemingly with no reason for it (other than to pay less). They rarely have sales experience and are glorified salesforce reports. They don't add any value to the team, and only create more work for reps.
