Former Employee This is a sweatshop for sales. The training is decent and very thorough. I would say you're going to be better off if you have been a daycare employee or teacher, but anyone can do it. It's not something I enjoyed doing, though. It felt like I was calling consumers to sell a cable package.
You start by calling the smallest daycare centers; most are in-home by people who can barely afford the bills. Then you progress to a higher tier of SMB, and it gets a little better there. My team thinned out quickly and I was put on PIP for the first time in my sales career.
This is a personal experience and does not mean it will be the same for you. Some reps are crushing it, but the turnover is very high. All in all, accepting this role hurt me more than it helped me because I don't want it on my resume, so now I have a larger gap than I'd like. Browse Other Reviews
