It had been a good place to learn sales but constant change in leadership makes it difficult to grow when they repeat the mistakes of past leadership teams. Quotas and expectations grow each month and the response of leadership is always to hire more reps to close more new business, instead of training the reps on hand to close more. When the company has records highs individual reps have record lows (there aren't enough warm leads to go around)

Terrible. They do not make strategic decisions, rapid change, where one week they change smith just to go back to the original plan the next week. Do not care about their people and expect you to perform 5 people's job and then some and work after hours, without even a thank you. Revolving door

Comp plan has changed 3 times in the small amount of time I have worked here. AEs are expected to do both SDR and now the onboarding teams work. Base is far below market expectations, and you're selling into a lead pool that has been slammed for 10 years straight, who have minimal budget.
