Comp plan has changed 3 times in the small amount of time I have worked here. AEs are expected to do both SDR and now the onboarding teams work. Base is far below market expectations, and you're selling into a lead pool that has been slammed for 10 years straight, who have minimal budget. You'll likely be well prepared for a future role a better company though. Run away.

Brightwheel overall has been a great company but their sales organization has seen better days. They have gone through several VPs over the coming years because the CEO is difficult to work with so they end up leaving after a few months. This is a sweatshop for sales. The training is decent and very thorough. I would say you're going to be better off if you have been a daycare employee or teacher, but anyone can do it.
