Current Employee A Masterclass in Executive Incompetence
Bugcrowd is collapsing under incompetent leadership. The CEO surrounds himself with old friends instead of qualified executives and refuses to make real changes. The CRO is essentially useless contributing nothing to actual revenue growth.
Employees are told there’s “zero budget” for marketing, events, or anything that would actually help us succeed. The much-hyped channel initiative is already failing because leadership naively expects partners to deliver deals without offering anything in return, showing a fundamental misunderstanding of how channel sales work.
Inbound leads are nonexistent, reps are stuck with zero-dollar pipelines, and deals are consistently lost because Bugcrowd offers no real differentiation from competitors. Leadership has also cut off traditional prospecting in favor of a failing ABM initiative, but instead of owning these mistakes, they blame frontline employees.
Despite being hired for strong experience, staff are now treated like entry-level rookies and told daily that we “don’t know what we’re doing.” In reality, the C-suite is the true problem — openly mocking each other behind closed doors, ignoring sound advice, and leaving employees with empty commission checks.
