Overall, I had a negative experience. Between constantly rotating managers, poor lead flow, and bad alignment with marketing, hitting numbers for every segment of the sales organization was difficult.

Very strong Bug Bounty and PenTest services. Sometimes hard to win with Bugcrowd being a Nice-To-Have rather than a requirement in most scenarios. Leadership doesn’t fully understand the channel vision and what it takes to have successful partnerships. No money and budget to host in territory events to build relationships. Bugcrowd has the potential to be great. Great people, great middle management, great supportive teams, and a crowdsourced security market that’s growing. One of the best cultures I’ve been apart of and have amazing executive sponsorship. The board is very aggressive thus giving us high/almost unattainable quotas, but direct management is aware of that and sympathizes with the reps.
