Some parts of the organization were stellar and I had incredible colleagues that were top notch professionals and they were the only reason I stuck around. Unfortunately, my experience with some members of departmental leadership was less than professional. I think there has been a lot of turnover and the current organization could be very different.

Terrible management with a nepotistic CEO. Management has a no strategy and product is failing with no development. Unrealistic growth goals and the leadership team that likes to short change sells people. If you want a good career and you're a talented sales person, find a job elsewhere because you will be doing yourself a disservice by working at this organisation.

Good company, culture and base pay - However the targets were totally unrealistic, with 1 or 2 in the whole company hitting their target
