Current Employee My overall experience at Bugcrowd has been horrible. It is the type of company that you start at, and quickly realize it’s a mess.
Starting at the top, the CRO is clueless. He is being asked to do something he has never done before, and the chaos trickles down through the sales org. No channel, no strategy, no vision. Your territory changes every 2 weeks, get no inbound leads, and see colleagues go on PIPs every couple days.
The CEO is either out of touch with what is going on, or he knows and is too lazy to fix it. Rocket ship? More like sinking ship. They are literally burning their investors cash with no plan how to grow. The company is headed to likely be sold off in a fire sale deal. Every rep from the bottom to the top is miserable there right now and has zero confidence the org is heading in the right direction. Morale and culture are the worst I have ever seen.
