Former Employee They’ve brought in new management to try and fix the issues of past management. New management says the right things and I think they ultimately will find a more successful setup for continued future growth. The problems are they are slow to fix the glaring issues(ie territory discrepancy, deal cycle length, and sales team churn due to quota attainment) and in what they do change, they are destroying the things that were benefits if you made it long enough so it left me with the question of “what’s the point of being here long term?”. I think that’s what anyone working here should ask themselves. Work life, total pay, benefits, ability for growth and success are skint or heavily situational. Come for the good product, hiring opportunity for those with little tech sales experience, and free beer. Leave once you have sufficient things to point to on your resume.
