Quota Attainment seems strong and the highest earning potential data looks really healthy too.  How realistic is it to top 500K on your W2? Thanks!

It’s realistic, but the timeline varies. Very few can do it in 5 years (depends on market and book you’re given). If you stay long enough and learn how to play the game right you’ll eventually get it. The problem is being able to handle the dogsh*t salary and the difficulties of VAR selling.

There's rep that would consider that a really bad year in enterprise. 
Definitely much harder in other verticals.

Not as realistic selling into public sector - EDU specifically. It is possible, but a very small probability.

Really depends on the role (Seller vs Specialist) and the customer segment Majors, Enterprise, Territory, SMB).

If you're a young AE, it's going to take years as you're going to have to come in as an inside seller. There are still some who do that year in and year out inside.

If you're looking at a Field role (client exec), it's much more do-able. Still, won't be realistic off the gate, gotta build for that no matter where. Still can be heavily dependent on vertical though.

I've been in the Client Executive role for 5 years, and my highest earning year was 482k, and this year I'll get close to that number. From an organizational perspective. I agree, quote attainment is high, but making 500k is not common. But the opportunity is there if you sell a lot of services.

It's realistic maybe if you've been at the company for 10+ years (in the Account Manager role) depending on your book and segment. Quota attainment is extremely difficult, especially with the economy, but again, depends on your book and segment.
