The Sales org at crexi suffers from pretty standard issues that are seen across the industry. very high turnover, uneaven lead distribution and lackluster leadership that offers little guidance.

You don't get paid commission for the first 3 months, meaning when you actually start getting paid the commission you earned, it will always be on a 3month delay. Fast sales cycle, on-call close expected. ICP is not a typical SaaS buyer persona, rather commercial real estate brokers. Sale is less value based, heavy focus on objection handling and negotiation.
