You don't get paid commission for the first 3 months, meaning when you actually start getting paid the commission you earned, it will always be on a 3month delay. Fast sales cycle, on-call close expected. ICP is not a typical SaaS buyer persona, rather commercial real estate brokers. Sale is less value based, heavy focus on objection handling and negotiation.
