My overall experience at this org was horrendous. After 20 years of selling I have never seen such level of micromanagement and managing through Salesforce. They amhave no lead flow and therefore didn’t allow us to close out lost opportunities which I found strange. We were treated like children and often told “we pay you a lot of money to be here”. I did not find that to be the case compared to other sales roles in different organizations. I do not recommend this org.

Great product market fit. Sales hovers at 60% attainment. Lots of churn. CEO fired.

I had a great time at CallMiner for the most part until they downsized the team for cheaper labor (which turned out to not be as productive as the original team)
