The company keeps people in their positions for years and years while dangling small promotions. They have also un-promote people without warning The AE team is struggling hard to hit quota The market is also saturated. Prospects have already seen the demo already. Management tries to sweep problems under the rug instead of addressing the problems.

Canary does a good job celebrating wins at the individual and company level. That said, management sets incredibly unrealistic quotas and even raised the quota for reps despite having 80% of the AE team fail to hit their goal.
