The sales management style will vary throughout the company.    Some managers will be heavily involved throughout the sales process where others may be hands off.   Like most organizations it will depend on the manager that hires you.   I have seen employees leave because they feel they are being micromanaged where other employees don't feel that they are getting enough support.   I think it is important for anyone considering employment at Canon Solutions America to connect with their future manager and understand what is important to them.

Unfortunately, growth within Canon Solutions America has ceased.   With print volumes down, many companies in the industry today are focusing on reducing costs.   The company has seen a reduction in Senior Director positions and has also consolidated offices to save money.   The possibility of growth is solely based on those individuals who hold high ranking positions retiring and everyone moving up a peg.   That simply is not happening enough and good employees stuck are now leaving.  I would say the ability to grow and move  up is almost non existent in 2023.
