The base comp is meager, but that's standard for the copier sales market. The total comp earned can be very rewarding with a strong account assignment. They are by far the best sales company to work for in the print industry.

We struggle to retain talent and customers are not willing to pay more for a product like a copier due to inflation. Leadership have lacked strategies to combat the shrinking market. Changes in the workforce need to be made but the Japanese do not like the world layoff....Read More
