Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We understand how important supportive leadership, transparency, and clear career growth are, especially in an SDR role and we appreciate you calling out those areas.
Since this review was originally written, we’ve put a lot of focus into strengthening both communication and development across the team. In our most recent bi-annual engagement survey, 93% of the XDR group agreed that our executive leaders keep them informed about what’s happening at Canto — a positive indicator in how we are approaching transparency and company wide communication today. We also saw 87% of XDR team members say their manager shows genuine interest in their career aspirations, which reflects the continued effort we’ve put into supportive, hands on coaching at the mid management level.
Career growth has also become a major priority. Over the past several months, multiple XDRs have moved into AE, AM, and CS roles, supported by clearer pathing and additional enablement resources to help them prepare for what’s next.
We’re grateful for your honesty and your time at Canto. Feedback like this has helped shape many of the improvements we’ve made, and we’ll keep building on that progress for both current and future team members.
