Unofuntately outdated sales Strategies (Spray and pray) SDR Managment doesnt really support or help with strategy, you have to figure out yourself what works. When you dont perform your get pressured into doing outdated tactics even though they obviously dont work. Fine to break into Tech Sales but not if you arent capable of learning on your own what works.

While we give SDRs autonomy to lean into their strengths and experiment with creative outreach, we also work hard to provide structure and support. Today, the team benefits from leveraging curated filters in LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo, persona and vertical specific messaging drafts, and weekly email and phone workshops to build skill and confidence. We’ve also introduced AI powered prompts for profile analysis and personalization, helping reps focus on targeted, relevant outreach rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Personalization and cadence variation are core to our strategy, and we continue refining those practices based on performance data and team feedback.
