Former Employee There is A LOT to work on at Capco. Ever since the Wipro buyout it has become a different company. 15+ partners left the firm and they have been struggling since. They lost a lot of relationships with large financial companies and have not brought those relationships back. Capco looks for bodies to throw at any project they can even if they have no subject matter experts.
