Current Employee Definitely sub-par. This role is only for the grittiest and savviest of salespeople. I would only recommend this to a salesperson comfortable in extremely high pressure sales environments. Essentially a pure commission role for the reps. Can be very tough and unforgiving sales environment. New to sales reps will struggle here.
