Great culture, but for inside sales at parmed you just didn’t make any real money! It was ridiculous. lol your making for instance $70K while your colleague who is experienced and has tenure is making $175K for no other reason then, that the director and manager is buddy with them. Etc. yep

The team is/was great. Comp plans are horrible. Comp plans are not revealed until almost one quarter into the new fiscal year.
