Great culture, but for inside sales at parmed you just didn’t make any real money! It was ridiculous. lol your making for instance $70K while your colleague who is experienced and has tenure is making $175K for no other reason then, that the director and manager is buddy with them. Etc. yep

Base Comp needs to be higher, but incentive program is usually endearing.
