Very poor management VP and up. Sales reps are lowest on the totem pole with the customer right above them. Everyone has more input than the customer or sales force. Upper managements only concern is their bonus structure as they get their medsurg division ready for sale. Constant price increases combined with margin adjustments makes your quota fluid at almost 50% quota for 2026.
