Former Employee Great until the product became horrible, constant claw backs, commission not being paid, terrible leadership (could've been run better by a class of 5th graders)
Compensation plan 2024 and beyond makes in nearly impossible to earn money. Dont count on your base-60K is all you'll get for an AE role. contestant re-organizations and lay offs. 0 job security. You are just a number in the system, no matter if you're the top performer or the worst, you could get let go at anytime.
