I enjoy my team, manager, and working at Gartner as whole. The opportunity to make more money in this role is limited and I fear we are pricing ourselves out of the market.

My experience has been on par for what to expect at a large enterprise style sales org. On a team of 6. 5 teams within North America. Typically 1-2 people really crushing it, while the rest of us try to stay afloat. As in most orgs, those who are doing the best have the accounts that are prone to spend.
