Current Employee Sales leadership tends to focus only on deal closure pressure without providing meaningful mentorship, support, or actionable guidance. Deal desk reviews offer little value, and there is a noticeable lack of structured knowledge sharing.
A sense of toxic competitiveness has emerged within teams. While people may appear friendly on the surface, collaboration often feels insincere, and there's a sense that colleagues may act in self-interest at your expense.
There are no formal sales training programs, and unfortunately, many sales leaders come across as either inexperienced or aggressive and abusive in their management style.
This was once a great company to sell for, but it has drifted far from the culture and values it once championed.
