I worked at Catalant in 2019, so I’m sure things have changed, but my experience was a pretty negative one. My role was described differently during the interview process than it was when I began. Lots of pretentious personalities - if you didn’t go to an ivy league school you were looked down upon and people would compete to stay at the office the latest. Hopefully this has changed.
