Current Employee Mixed.
Amazing company, everyone at the organization is very established and if you can make it, it's life changing.
But the SDR team is very limited in career progression. They want "Career SDRs", whatever that means. No one ever gets promoted, and if you try to look into a new role you'll get sacked.
No training, no career development. They want their SDR's in their place and to stay there.
