Current Employee While the base salary is good and competitive it is beyond challenging to come close to the OTE. Here the majority of AEs are struggling and just living off base salaries. The minority of AEs here close some deals and the rest hit under 30% of their annual quota. Perhaps if the macro economic turmoil didn't hit so hard we would be selling more and the dream they sold us in 2021 would actually have come true by now aka IPO. However, now there is no path to that nor how to hit even your OTE package.
