I've enjoyed my time at Center and found fulfillment in my role as an AE here. Center sells a product that has a high level of customer loyalty, boasting an impressive retention rate and a spot-on product-market fit. Our leadership team fosters an environment that empowers sellers to excel and continually evolve. While we have room to enhance our market visibility, our recent fund raise positions us well for this endeavor. Center operates within a competitive landscape, demanding a high level of sales acumen. Nonetheless, navigating this environment has been rewarding.

Great experience throughout my time at Center as an IC. Great leadership from direct managers, through CRO, up to CEO. Very confident in the vision of the company for both the short and long term. Good reps get paid. Inbound leads are distributed equitably. No micromanaging. Clients love the software in a competitive market.

This was the worst career move I’ve ever made. While the base pay is decent, competitors pay more. Hitting OTE at Center is not really attainable. The culture here is the worst, unless you are an in office male. They’re typically the favorites but overall it’s a boys club. Don’t be fooled here.
