Overall, the company is a mess. The CRO has never been in sales. Leadership has zero back bone and does not care about your professional growth. They are also extremely unprofessional and display blatant favoritism. Product is not competitive in the market and quotas are unattainable and unrealistic. They hold everything against you, and you are not able to have a voice. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would anticipate they will be doing a lot of layoffs as they are burning capital.

Great experience so far at Center. The culture is top notch from the reps to the executive team. The product has a strong market fit and customers love the solution. It's a competitive space, which demands a high level of sales and business acumen. Very confident in overall direction of Center.
