Current Employee1.3Jan 24, 2024This was the worst career move I’ve ever made. While the base pay is decent, competitors pay more. Hitting OTE at Center is not really attainable. The culture here is the worst, unless you are an in office male. They’re typically the favorites but overall it’s a boys club. Don’t be fooled here.
